How can I practice coping skills?

  • Create your own Calm Down Water Bottle
  • Create a stress ball with a balloon
    • Stretch out your balloon. Blow it up and release the air for extra elasticity.

    • Use the funnel to fill the neck of the balloon with the rice, flour, or beans...

    • Remove the funnel and let out as much air as you can.

    • Tie the neck of the balloon closed tightly. Cut off any excess rubber.
