Create your own Calm Down Water Bottle

Create a stress ball with a balloon

Stretch out your balloon. Blow it up and release the air for extra elasticity.

Use the funnel to fill the neck of the balloon with the rice, flour, or beans...

Remove the funnel and let out as much air as you can.

Tie the neck of the balloon closed tightly. Cut off any excess rubber.
